High-Performance Network Specialist

The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing and implementing sophisticated network infrastructure solutions to meet business needs.
- Leading and participating in technical projects related to network modernization and automation.
- Providing expert-level support for complex technical issues while maintaining system reliability and performance.
- Mentoring team members and driving innovation through best practices and technology advancements.
- Managing critical network configurations across regions.
- Spearheading incident response efforts and business continuity planning.
- Minimum 3 years of enterprise IT experience with proven technical expertise.
- Comprehensive knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs).
- Strong background in implementing network security solutions.
- Hands-on Linux systems administration skills.
- Extensive Windows Server environment experience.
- Successful project leadership track record.
- Practical experience with Cisco equipment.
- Experience managing mission-critical infrastructure.
- Flexibility for shift work and on-call responsibilities.
