Administrative Support Role

Casual administration assistants are essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities. They play a crucial role in upholding excellent customer service and providing exceptional support to patients, clients, and stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a casual administration assistant to gain experience across multiple departments and campuses while working in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate patient data and records
  • Working flexibly across departments (Aged Care, Acute Ward, Medical Imaging) and campuses (Maryborough, Dunolly, Avoca)
  • Upholding patient privacy by handling confidential information appropriately
  • Having strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
  • Having excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Ensuring booking processes are accurate, timely and in accordance with office procedures
