Training and Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Expert to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip our operations staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

This dynamic role involves fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the operations support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored training programs for the operations support team.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize various training methodologies and tools to maximize effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials and documentation.
  • Guide team members in resolving complex issues and challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation to ensure understanding of training programs and objectives.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Cert IV Training and Assessment (or working towards)
  • Substantial experience in operations support, training, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Strong knowledge of operations processes, systems, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and inspire team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
