About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Lifestyle Solutions. This is a part-time position with a 12-month term, offering approximately 72 hours of work per fortnight.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medication, providing customer-focused support, and working collaboratively as part of a team. If you are a resilient and adaptable individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication and provide customer-focused support
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Provide continuity of care by taking a long-term approach
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including guardians, doctors, and allied health professionals

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Nursing experience, preferably in Community Health or Disability/Aged Care environment
  • Confidence and professionalism in your ability to provide customer-focused support
  • An interest in supporting customers with high support needs, complex physical, aging, and mental health needs
  • Strong professional boundaries and the ability to follow procedures
  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • A current driver's license
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts - rostered hours
  • AHPRA Registration
  • Knowledge of the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
