Regulatory Compliance Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned regulatory compliance advisor to lead our efforts in maintaining adherence to relevant regulations and standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with experience in advising stakeholders on complex regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance advisory, preferably within a bank or non-bank lender, and a proven track record in supporting divisional heads of compliance. They will be responsible for leading regulatory compliance duties across various regulations and standards, managing and developing junior staff members, and ensuring seamless collaboration between shared services/operations functions.

  • Hands-on experience in regulatory compliance advisory with 3+ years of experience ideally within a bank or non-bank lender
  • Direct management experience or proven track record in supporting divisional head of compliance
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
