Job Title: Patient Accounts Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on unpaid accounts with patients, Medicare, DVA, TAC, WorkCover and other third-party providers.
  • Investigate and resolve Medicare rejections.
  • Assist patients and their families with account-related queries via phone and email.
  • Support the wider team by learning additional roles to provide cover when needed.
  • Maintain strong connections between the Patient Accounts team and other departments.
About This Role:

This is a dedicated and detail-focused role that requires someone to work closely with our experienced team to ensure timely follow-up of claims for services provided at Cabrini. You will be responsible for handling a range of tasks including following up unpaid accounts, investigating and resolving Medicare rejections and assisting patients and their families with account-related queries.
