Cloud Computing Specialist

A key role for individuals who wish to excel in cloud architecture, technical leadership and support. It is a highly sought after position that requires expertise in all stages of the cloud adoption lifecycle.

We are seeking Technical Account Managers (TAMs) with extensive experience in engineering, technical lead roles and proficiency in operational parameters and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate should possess deep understanding of various AWS services and other cloud platforms, have excellent consulting and leadership skills, and be able to work effectively across different teams.

This challenging yet rewarding role involves:

  • Troubleshooting - Identifying and resolving operational issues within customer environments.
  • Consulting - Providing expert advice on architecture, support strategies and project launches.
  • Leadership - Developing trusting relationships with customers and driving discussions around incidents, trade-offs and risk management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in at least three areas such as compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data, security or applications in distributed systems.
  • Bachelor's degree.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with AWS services or other cloud platforms.
  • Experience as a technical lead in enterprise or customer-facing environments.
