Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support inclusive practices that enhance access, participation, and educational outcomes for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) children and families across services.
  • Support implementation of CALD educational strategies and practices to maximise benefits for all children and centre staff.
  • Provide expert support and advice on the effective inclusion of children with a CALD background.
  • Support the advancement of reconciliation to strengthen relationships and cultural safety.
  • Maintain a strong and expert knowledge of current best practice, recommended guidelines and legislation relating to early childhood inclusive education and CALD.

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organisation as a Principal Advisor- Cald. You will be working closely with colleagues to achieve outstanding results in early childhood education.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor degree in Education or related field.
  2. 5+ years experience in early childhood education, particularly in inclusive practices.
  3. Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that improve educational outcomes for diverse groups of children.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Able to work effectively in a team environment.
