ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our client, a prominent player in the import and distribution sector, is looking to enhance their customer service division with a dedicated professional.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing client inquiries through various communication channels
  • Processing customer orders and generating necessary documentation for warehouse operations
  • Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch of goods
  • Providing information on pricing, product availability, and delivery options
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to share relevant updates
  • Conducting internal sales reporting
  • Preparing quotes for the sales department as required
  • Maintaining the accuracy of the customer database

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and data management
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively relay and coordinate information
  • Proven track record in building customer relationships
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A personable and proactive demeanor

COMPENSATION: Competitive salary range of $65-68K plus superannuation for permanent roles, or $36.31/hour plus superannuation for temporary positions.

WORKING HOURS: Standard hours are from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: This position is classified as Temp to Perm.
