Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will provide critical support to our legal director in various capacities.

  • Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for completing administrative legal matters, coordinating KYC and AML for various stakeholders, and preparing ESG reporting documents.
  • Legal Support: Assist with legal research, corporate restructures, and regulatory matters to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communication: Prepare meeting minutes, board packs, ASIC Forms, and coordinate internal policy training.

Requirements:

  • Proven administration and drafting skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in ESG, Legal, or Compliance.
  • Able to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong drive to succeed and add value to a dynamic organization.
