Early Childhood Community Capacity Building Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Community Capacity Building Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of our Early Childhood Community Capacity Building Plan, working closely with stakeholders to build inclusive practices and opportunities for children with disabilities and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement the Community Capacity Building Plan: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to build the capacity of communities to support children with disabilities and their families.
- Build Partnerships and Collaborations: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including peak bodies, government departments, and local community services, to facilitate community links and collaboration.
- Lead a Team of Capacity Building Facilitators: Provide leadership and management to a team of capacity building facilitators, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality services.
- Ensure Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with the PITC Statement of Requirements and Standard Operating Procedures, and maintain high-quality services that meet the needs of children and families.
- Provide Expert Advice and Support: Provide expert advice and support to stakeholders, including the NDIA, to ensure effective delivery of the community capacity building plan.
- Manage Feedback and Complaints: Manage and record feedback, compliments, and complaints from stakeholders, and escalate issues to the NDIA as required.
- Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Early Childhood Education, Allied Health Professions, or other relevant professional field.
- Experience in Sector Development: Minimum 3 years' experience in a sector development role, with a focus on capacity building and community development.
- Experience in Project Delivery: Minimum 3 years' experience delivering projects with a capacity building focus, including developing and implementing plans, building partnerships, and managing teams.
- Experience Working with Children with Disabilities: Extensive experience working with children with disabilities and their families, including developing and implementing inclusive practices and opportunities.
