Your role will be multifaceted:

  • Create engaging content that showcases Heidi's value proposition, highlighting document features, benefits, use cases, and clinical value.
  • Differentiate Heidi in the market through strategic content tactics, including feature comparison tables, before-and-after infographics, and customer success stories.
  • Drive product adoption through high-velocity release support, ensuring timely and accurate information for customers and internal processes.
  • Orchestrate impactful product launches that leave a lasting mark, driving market impact, adoption, and user engagement.
  • Enable PLG, hybrid, and SLG motions by developing a bank of enablement materials, empowering sales teams and direct-to-clinician campaigns to succeed.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a high-growth tech start-up environment.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to translate technical product features into clear, actionable messages.
  • Exceptional execution and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong creative and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
