Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage complex insurance claims, working closely with injured parties, healthcare professionals, legal representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end claims management process by identifying need for clinical information to develop effective case management plans and strategies guided by legislative and compliance timeframes.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, using a collaborative approach to obtain information and seek technical expertise from peers to manage claims effectively.
  • Ensure accurate claims data is entered in accordance with required quality assurance standards and reporting to ensure accurate payments and wages are processed, claims are reported on correctly, and service standards are met.
  • Prepare documents, files and records for legal matters including for trial and subrogation, and submit administrative reports as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience within a customer facing or administrative role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the Personal Injury or insurance industry is desirable.
  • An empathetic and resilient nature with a keen interest in supporting stakeholders through challenging and sensitive situations.
  • Stakeholder management skills and knowledge around problem resolution.
  • A willingness to learn with a proactive and positive attitude.
