About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our team as Disability Support Practitioners - Lifestyles. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to build new skills through the delivery of client-centred, innovative programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients to develop new skills and interests through arts and crafts, music, health and fitness, and other activities
  • Assist clients with personal care needs, including feeding, dressing, and administering medication
  • Provide companion support for community access, including social events, recreation, and sporting activities
  • Transport clients using our minivan, if applicable
Requirements
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum)
  • Live locally to the Allambie Heights
  • Triple COVID-19 vaccinated
  • Strong swimming skills or experience in swim coaching, Nippers, Aust Swim, and similar
