About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Ringwood store. As a Local Community Liaison, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing Medibank's products and services to your local community, providing exceptional service and support to our customers. You'll possess a unique blend of skills and diversity, enabling you to solve complex problems and adapt to new challenges with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service across various channels, including in-store, phone, and community-based interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve service delivery.
