About the Role

Blackbook Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join their team in shaping impactful campaigns and driving growth in the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Marketing: Develop and execute innovative, results-driven campaigns across email, social media, SEM, and affiliate channels.
  • Digital Strategy: Optimise online channel strategies and ensure a seamless, compelling customer journey.
  • CRM Management: Oversee email marketing programs and customer acquisition strategies to boost loyalty and engagement.
  • Leadership: Inspire and manage a high-performing digital team while fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and refine strategies to maximise ROI.
About You

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including agency or retail environment, as well as strong expertise in Google Analytics, SEM, social media advertising, and email platforms like Klaviyo. The ability to work cross-functionally with strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills is essential.

What We Offer

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking team making waves in the industry. Our estimated salary range for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
