Job Overview

The Controls Engineering Team Leader will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design to implementation and commissioning of control systems.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned leader with strong technical expertise in industrial automation solutions. Your skills should include tertiary qualifications in engineering, proven success in leadership roles, and experience with complex PLC and control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams on full project life cycles of PLC and control systems design, development, implementation, and commissioning onsite
  • Collaborate with engineers to drive complex projects forward
  • Develop and implement improvements to control systems processes
Skillset Required
  • Tertiary education in engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record of leadership experience
  • 5+ years in complex industrial automation solutions, preferably with parcel sortation, conveyor systems, and more
  • Design of complex control architectures and specifications
  • Programming languages, standards, and tools knowledge
  • Presentation and analytical skills
