Job Overview:

  • As a Beauty Makeup Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service and create personalized in-store experiences for customers.
  • Work collaboratively with a high-performing team to deliver impactful in-store events and maintain visually appealing store displays.
  • Develop your skills through comprehensive training and development programs.
  • Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, showcasing high levels of creative and technical expertise.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Combine artistic and technical abilities to educate and delight customers.
  • Assist in creating engaging store displays and visual merchandising standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in make-up artistry or previous retail makeup experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
