Job Title: Senior Retail Coordinator Join us as a Senior Retail Coordinator where you will be responsible for supervising daily operations of our retail store, coordinating volunteers and ensuring a high level of customer service. You will work closely with our team to create visually appealing displays, manage stock levels and achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, including managing opening and closing procedures
  • Coordinate volunteer schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Manage stock levels, including receiving and processing deliveries, counting stock and maintaining accurate records
  • Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A passion for fashion and charity retail
  • Experience in cash handling, register operations and closing procedures
  • Confidence in supervising a team and working independently
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays, sometimes at short notice
