We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer with 4+ years of post-admission experience to join our client's corporate team in Melbourne. This role will involve working closely with a highly regarded Partner specialising in:

  • Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions
  • Equity capital markets
  • Joint ventures
  • Restructures
  • General commercial and corporate contracts

About the Ideal Candidate

To excel in this position, you should:

  • Have substantial experience with M&A transactions and a strong background in Corporate Advisory/Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Exhibit a direct, client-focused approach with excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Provide sound, practical, and innovative legal advice to corporate clients
  • Show strong contract drafting skills, legal analysis, and problem-solving abilities
  • Possess excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a solid academic background
