Job Summary
The Child Protection Team Lead is a vital role that oversees effective service delivery, resource management and case allocation for small teams of practitioners. This position plays a critical part in ensuring the safety, stability and development of children and young people.
- Risk Assessment: Gather information from various sources to identify potential risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
- Case Planning: Develop and review case plans to ensure timely achievement of objectives.
- Critical Enquiry: Investigate complex issues using evidence-based frameworks.
