Job Title: Community Mental Health Clinician
About the Role:
- The position involves providing clinical services to individuals and groups in a community mental health setting.
- You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver care coordination, assessment, consultation, treatment, and monitoring services.
- Our service provides a range of programs and services designed to help consumers recover and stay well in the community.
- We provide specialist services for young people, children, and families, adults, and older people, including a specialist Aboriginal Mental Health Team, bilingual mental health workers, and Peer Support Workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assess and develop comprehensive care plans for clients.
- To coordinate and implement interventions with other healthcare professionals and community resources.
- To provide education and support to clients, carers, and other stakeholders.
- To contribute to the development of service policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A current NSW driver's licence is required.
- Nursing registration with AHPRA is mandatory.
- Demonstrated competencies in contemporary mental health practice are essential.
