Electrical Engineering Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our team and embark on a 3-year professional development program.

  • This program offers a comprehensive learning experience, encompassing diverse working assignments, rotational placements, and expert supervision.
  • As part of this program, you will gain expertise in electrical engineering, renewable energy solutions, and smart grid technologies.

The selected candidate will provide engineering support to assigned workgroups by undertaking investigations, risk-based assessments, and research analysis.

  • You will also participate in the Graduate Engineer Development Program, which includes coursework, seminars, and team activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Taking ownership of career planning and personal development is essential, and you will work closely with your allocated mentor to monitor progress against performance criteria.
About You
  • A strong academic record, preferably with a Bachelor of Engineering from an institution recognized within Australia.
  • Imaginative, passionate, and motivated to succeed in your career, with a growth mindset and adaptive thinking.
  • A great collaborator and communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
