About the Role

We are seeking motivated and caring individuals to join our team as New Graduate Radiographers. As a Radiographer, you will be working within our Diagnostic Medical Imaging service, providing high-quality imaging services in accordance with national registration, professional practices, standards, and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general imaging services, including modalities such as intra-operative fluoroscopy, mobile x-ray, and fixed fluoroscopy.
  • Work as part of a shift roster, collaborating with Senior Radiographers, Assistant Chief Radiographers, and Chief Radiographers at each site.
  • Participate in rosters, overtime, and on-call duties as required by the site.
  • Reside adjacent to Upper Hunter New England Imaging sites when required (applicable to Maitland New Graduate Radiographers only).
Requirements
  • Eligible for a degree in Medical Radiation Science (Diagnostic Radiography) or equivalent prior to commencement of role.
  • Eligible for registration with Australian Health Professionals Registration Authority (AHPRA).
  • Eligibility to hold/current NSW EPA Radiation licence.
  • Current NSW Drivers licence.
