About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle and Mobile Plant Mechanic to join our team at Western Power. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our heavy vehicles and mobile plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct planned and unplanned maintenance, repairs, and modifications to heavy vehicles and mobile plant equipment
  • Diagnose and rectify complex faults related to the servicing and maintenance of heavy vehicles and mobile plant equipment
  • Modify heavy vehicles and mobile plant equipment as per project plans and engineering designs
About You

We are looking for someone with a strong background in heavy vehicle and mobile plant maintenance, with a trade qualification in Heavy Duty Mechanical applications. You will have experience in diagnosis and repair of hydraulics and low voltage electrical systems, and be able to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
