Senior Algorithm Developer

In this role, you will play a key part in the development of cutting-edge solutions for drone recognition and disruption.
The successful candidate will be working with software-defined radios (SDRs) to create and expand sophisticated algorithms capable of detecting and countering drones.
This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills in electronic warfare, artificial intelligence, machine learning, RF sensing, sensor fusion, and distributed systems to make a meaningful impact.
About the Role
- This position reports directly to the Team Lead, FPGA.
- You will be based in Sydney, Australia.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Design and develop innovative algorithms for drone recognition and disruption using software-defined radios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy these algorithms into real-world scenarios.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electronic warfare, artificial intelligence, machine learning, RF sensing, sensor fusion, and distributed systems.
- Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members as needed.

- Demonstrated expertise in electronic warfare, artificial intelligence, machine learning, RF sensing, sensor fusion, and distributed systems.
- Experience working with software-defined radios and algorithm development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
