Early Childhood Educator

We're seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to shape the lives of children in our child care centre. As a Child Development Professional, you'll be part of a collaborative team culture focused on early childhood education and care.

• Establish a warm and welcoming environment for children, promoting their emotional and social growth.
• Develop and implement engaging educational programs tailored to each child's needs, fostering curiosity and a love for learning.
• Monitor and track children's progress, identifying areas for support and celebrating successes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and evaluate curriculum, ensuring alignment with early childhood education best practices.
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff, building trust and respect.

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
