ITIL Service Desk Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ITIL Service Desk Coordinator to join our team at Workforce Australia For Individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting from Service Now: Utilize expertise in Service Now reporting to ensure clear communication of service desk performance.
  • Incident Management Coordination: Coordinate incident management and ticket distribution, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Feedback and Guidance: Provide 1st level feedback to the service desk team to enhance their performance and assist in troubleshooting.
  • Severity Assessment: Monitor and evaluate the severity of incoming tickets to prioritize effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in reporting through Service Now.
  • Proven ability to coordinate.

About the Role:

This is a 6-month contract opportunity with a well-established State Government client based in Adelaide. As an ITIL Service Desk Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service desk.
