Job Title: Application Test Lead
The position of Application Test Lead is a critical role within the Enterprise Test Capability. The successful candidate will manage the delivery of testing services for Applications within the Data & Digital Group, Customer Services Group, and Business Services Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery of testing services for Applications
- Work with multidisciplinary teams of Business Analysts, Program Architects, Project Managers, and other Business Stakeholders
- Provide Test Management that contributes to the Bureau objectives of improved Security, Stability, and Resilience
About the Role:
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of testing methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Proven experience in test management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Detailed knowledge of testing methodologies
