Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead our venue teams and create memorable experiences for our guests. As an Assistant Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading with energy and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Boosting revenue by running amazing shifts and driving up sales
  • Creating WOW spaces that transform our venues into ultimate fun destinations
  • Supporting your team through coaching and training
  • Handling operations, including rosters, training, P&L management, forecasting, and more

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Vibrant energy and a passion for delivering top-notch guest experiences
  • A valid RSA and flexibility to work nights and weekends
  • Proven experience in bar, kitchen, and function management
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to balance hands-on duties with administrative tasks
