About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property and Maintenance Team Administration Coordinator to join our team at Helping Hand. As a key member of our Property and Maintenance team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of gardening and maintenance services to our Home Care and Retirement Living clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for workforce management inquiries, providing prompt assistance via phone and email.
  • Monitor and coordinate incoming correspondence to shared email inboxes and calendars during business hours.
  • Support a culture that engages employees through communication, recognition, and collaboration.
  • Initiate follow-up actions arising from meetings, reports, and requests from internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate in line with continuous improvement activities and reporting.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of business practices, policies, and priorities related to rostering and workforce management, along with expertise in rostering processes and best practices.
  • A Certificate in Business Administration is highly desirable.
  • Ability to efficiently manage administrative tasks and projects, including prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in fast-paced environments and proficiency in using Windows-based software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and cloud-based technologies.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail with experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one.
