We are seeking an experienced Credit Administration professional to join our team. This is a fixed term 12 month opportunity based in Brisbane.

This role will involve providing administration support to the credit officers, uploading invoices into online portals, and liaising with stores to resolve discrepancies.

Additionally, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving queries, processing journals to resolve banking/receipting issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as intermediate mathematical and literacy skills.

You will also need to be proficient in using computer systems, including excel.

About You:

- Customer service experience
- Full time hours with flexible start time between 7am - 9am
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong professional relationships
