About the Role
The Corporate Receptionist will be the primary point of contact for high-end clients, delivering exceptional first impressions through professionalism and warmth. This role combines customer service excellence with administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the front desk and assist with events and functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Manage incoming calls and greet clients with exceptional courtesy and professionalism.
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Event Coordination: Assist with organizing catering and coordinating events to meet client expectations.
- Meeting Management: Oversee meeting room bookings, online scheduling, and email management to maintain efficient communication.
- General Duties: Handle scheduling, appointments, and various administrative tasks as needed to ensure a productive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven reception experience in either 5-star hotel or corporate environments.
