About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Tom Ford Beauty team as a Specialist. As a Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our luxury beauty store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous Retail Experience: You will have a proven track record of working in a sales-driven environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Impeccable Grooming and Professional Demeanour: You will have impeccable grooming and a professional demeanor, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Tracking and Driving Sales and Service Goals: You will be responsible for tracking and driving sales and service goals, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding company expectations.
  • Understanding of Ultra-Premium Luxury Standards: You will have a strong understanding of ultra-premium luxury standards and an interest in fashion trends, with the ability to communicate this to customers.
  • Pro-Active Approach with Sales and Customers: You will have a pro-active approach to sales and customer service, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving sales.
  • Positive Attitude and Eager to Learn: You will have a positive attitude and be eager to learn, with a strong desire to develop your skills and knowledge in the luxury beauty industry.
  • Experience in Fragrance and Cosmetics Industry: While experience in the fragrance and cosmetics industry is desirable, we are willing to provide on-the-job training to those who have proven confidence and a commitment to learn.
  • Excellent Command of the English Language: You will have an excellent command of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Availability to Work Weekends and Public Holidays: You will be available to work weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours.
