Job Title: Underground Production Supervisor

About the Role:
  • Effective leadership is essential for crew development.
  • Mentor and support assigned tasks to ensure progress, addressing any issues.
  • Prioritize opportunities for improvement and create alternatives.
  • Collaborate on change management initiatives and projects with relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with coordinators on operating parameters and technical matters.
  • Collaborate with the team to establish accountabilities, roles, and development plans.
  • Supervise business partners and assist with project planning.
About You:
  • Western Australian Underground Supervisors Certificate of Competency.
  • Proven supervisory experience in gold mining is essential.
  • Experience in rapid lateral development, production, and haulage is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of planning and forecasting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and mining software including SAP and INX.
  • Valid Driver's License, WA Dangerous Goods Card, Working at Heights, and Confined Spaces qualifications are necessary.
