About This Opportunity
At Freedom Australia, we're seeking a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our Management team in Hobart. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Acumen: Utilize your business acumen to increase profitability, maximize opportunities across sales, interior decorator programs, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service, leveraging your product knowledge and passion for the Freedom brand.
- Operational Excellence: Create a positive work environment focused on teamwork and collaboration, supported by regular feedback and coaching.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas of opportunity and recommend potential solutions, valuing your team's input on how to improve.
- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of your store, including rostering, financial performance, onboarding new starters, and ad-hoc training.
- Safety and Risk Management: Embed safety as part of your team's day-to-day, empowering them to proactively identify and mitigate risk.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a commercially-minded and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service. With a background in retail management, you'll be a Freedom ambassador, committed to achieving positive outcomes.
