About This Opportunity

This Senior Consultant role is perfect for experienced professionals seeking to progress their careers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a management consultant and a passion for continually enhancing project and programme delivery.

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

  • Play an active role in project management, process improvement, organisational transformation, stakeholder engagement, and implementation.
  • Develop and present tailored solutions to meet clients' needs for project and business development.
  • Collaborate with our Victoria-based real estate advisory team, providing technical expertise and contributing to our diverse team.
  • Act as a daily management consultant, guaranteeing client objectives are met and projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Produce high-quality, well-presented client-facing reports and deliverables that satisfy client expectations and showcase added value.
  • Offer supplementary services to Turner & Townsend's offerings, including project management, cost management, contract services, and programme management.
  • Show a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale organisational transformations, leveraging strategic vision, change management, and stakeholder engagement to drive positive outcomes.
  • Translate client data into valuable insights to enhance performance and decision-making.
  • Design and implement effective project, programme, and portfolio management approaches to optimise asset delivery and ensure clients' investments are managed efficiently.
  • Contribute to the growth of our advisory services through proposal writing and proposition development.
About You
  • A minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in consulting and advisory roles.
  • A degree in Programme Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or Economics from a reputable institution.
  • Extensive experience in delivering capital projects, programmes, and/or portfolios.
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment and work independently.
  • Familiarity with working across real estate sectors, infrastructure, natural resources, and both private and public sectors.
  • Prior experience working for a consultancy organisation.
