Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Calvary Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our dedicated team and families to ensure a high standard of individualized care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and support to our care team, using your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build collaborative relationships.
- Facilitate input from residents, their families, our team and internal and external health professionals to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and quality lifestyle for our residents.
- Support and lead a multi-disciplinary team, using your knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident, using your experience in assessment and care planning of the older person.
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care
- Demonstrated experience in assessment and care planning of the older person
- Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others
