Trade Support Specialist

Combine your mechanical knowledge with excellent communication skills to succeed in this key role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with a range of vehicles and equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Move buses within the yard, park and refuel them.
  • Pick up and deliver parts and other objects as required.
  • Perform general yard and workshop cleaning and maintenance.
  • Store duties as directed by the supervisor.

Our workshop team plays a critical role in ensuring our fleet is continually maintained to the highest standard for staff and passenger safety.

Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a team environment on daily maintenance and repair schedules.
  • Confidence using computers and software packages.
  • Physically fit for heavy lifting.
  • Australian citizenship or unrestricted working rights in Australia.

What We Offer:
  • Earning potential up to $85,000+ including reasonable overtime loading and generous allowances.
  • Attendance allowance payable on rostered worked hours.
  • Annual leave loading of 17.5% - 20% (dependent on consecutive shift type and pattern).
  • Up to 5 weeks annual leave (dependent on consecutive shift type and pattern).
