About the Role

Ventia is seeking a skilled Trade Repair Coordinator to join our Defence Admin Support Team, based at the Simpson Barracks in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating trade repair activities across two defence sites, Puckapunyal and Simpson Barracks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a mix of office-based administrative tasks, including work order generation, reconciling receipts, and call-in and call-out of equipment.
  • Timely and quality delivery of locally assigned Product Schedules.
  • Maintain close collaboration with customers and product management teams to coordinate product schedules, budgets, and service delivery.
  • Contribute to customer requirements assessment and strategy development.
  • Support tradespersons with work order management and data entry tasks.
  • Assist management teams with preparing written work schedules.
Requirements
  • Previous proven administrative experience.
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
  • Proficient planning, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • A positive, collaborative approach to working within a team environment.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
