At Corrs Chambers Westgarth, we are seeking a motivated and strategic Inclusive Workplace Consultant to join our People & Performance team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role is based in Sydney and will report directly to the Senior Manager for Gender Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. As an Inclusive Workplace Consultant, you will play a crucial part in developing and delivering innovative initiatives that promote gender equality, diversity, and inclusion across the organization.

You will take ownership of designing and implementing operational plans, collaborating with senior leaders and committees to ensure alignment and progress towards our goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic advice and support to the Chief People Officer, Head of Diversity & Inclusion, and Head of Gender Equality;
  • Leading the design and implementation of operational plans, monitoring progress, and providing updates to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Organizing and delivering impactful internal and external events to promote D&I and GE goals;
  • Integrating D&I and GE into pitch and tender responses to showcase our commitment to inclusivity;
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of workforce demographics and tracking progress towards D&I and GE goals;
  • Preparing detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including board presentations and WGEA compliance documentation;

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in developing and implementing D&I strategies, translating workforce data into actionable insights, and designing programs that promote learning and awareness. You will also possess strong interpersonal skills, well-developed research and report writing skills, and the ability to pivot between operational and strategic tasks.

We offer a competitive salary package estimated at $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
