About the Role
">We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Holiday Retail Sales Associates in the North Perth suburbs.
">Job Overview
">As a Holiday Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences during our peak trading period. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product information, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
">Key Responsibilities
">* Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations on products.
* Assist customers with purchasing decisions, including finding products, processing transactions, and handling returns/exchanges.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
* Contribute to achieving sales targets by promoting products, suggesting bundles, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, provide support during busy periods, and maintain a positive work environment.
* Participate in visual merchandising activities to ensure an attractive and engaging store display.
* Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards for store operations, customer service, and inventory management.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you should have:
">* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
* A strong passion for consumer electronics, home entertainment, and related products.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, adapting to changing priorities and meeting deadlines.
* Basic mathematical skills to handle cash transactions, process returns/exchanges, and manage inventory accurately.
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, during our peak trading period (early September 2024 to early February 2025).
