Employment Tax Specialist

The Employment Tax team is responsible for providing consulting services, compliance, and technical advice on employment taxes to clients. This includes advising on regulatory and legislative changes, helping clients manage domestic and international employment tax risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical and commercially focused advice on matters such as SG, payroll tax, FBT, and PAYG withholding.
  • Analyze payroll codes for SG, payroll tax, FBT, STP, and PAYG withholding obligations.
  • Assist taxpayers with resolving audits or SRO disputes.
  • Stay up-to-date with employer governance regulations and best practices.
  • Develop client and colleague relationships through face-to-face and virtual means.


This role requires a keen interest in technology and being open to learning how it may be used to drive data-driven solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
