Procurement Excellence Manager

In this strategic role, you will partner with stakeholders to design and implement effective procurement strategies that drive business success.

You will oversee the planning, development and sourcing of procurement arrangements, ensuring they meet organisational needs. Your expertise in procurement management will be critical in delivering successful project outcomes.

This includes coordinating supplier performance management plans, managing supplier risk and assuring delivery of contracted outcomes.

To excel in this position, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Plan, develop and source procurement arrangements that meet organisational needs
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
  • Cordinate supplier performance management plans and manage supplier risk
  • Assure delivery of contracted outcomes and contribute to the success of projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, supply chain management)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering successful procurement outcomes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
