The role of Op Shop Manager is a dynamic position that involves leading the daily operations of an op shop. This opportunity contributes to achieving sales targets, driving community donations, and supporting animal welfare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the team and brand through passion for preloved and second-hand items
  • Work closely with managers to support goals and mission
  • Maintain high level of customer service
  • Train and support volunteers
  • Drive sales to achieve set targets
  • Oversee and review goods for sale in the store
  • Direct and monitor daily register opening & closing procedures
  • Maintain and periodically review the shop's pricing list
Requirements:
  • Confident in retail with demonstrated leadership experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Knowledge of fashion and clothing brands
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Sound computer skills
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to supervise & provide direction to a small team
