  • Providing expert-level technical support and assistance to end-users of Lotus Notes and Domino applications.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Lotus Notes client, Domino servers, and various Lotus Notes applications.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to identify and implement solutions to improve Lotus Notes performance and functionality.
  • Documenting support activities, including issue resolution and troubleshooting steps.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest versions and features of Lotus Notes and Domino applications.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in providing Lotus Notes support and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of Lotus Notes client, Domino servers, and various Lotus Notes applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with LotusScript and Lotus Formula Language is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IBM Domino Designer and administration tools is preferred.
