Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Worker to provide high-quality holistic care to Aged, Disability and Mental Health clients in their home.

This role involves helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and domestic support.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
  • Assisting with meal preparation and medication management
  • Supporting clients with domestic duties and household chores
  • Transporting clients to appointments and social activities
  • Respite care and companionship

Requirements:

  • Ability to provide personal and domestic care
  • A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people in a community setting
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
