About the Domestic Cleaning Role

We're committed to providing exceptional and friendly domestic cleaning services for our clients.

This role will see you working closely with our care coordinators to support our endeavour - enable our clients to remain at home for as long as possible.

Our team of cleaners is growing - and we'd love for you to join us. You'll ensure that all of our clients have a clean, safe and comfortable living environment at home.

More importantly, we want to continue delivering on our promise.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Cleaning homes according to specific requirements.
  • Providing feedback to care coordinators if you notice any client behaviour that might require a new assessment.
  • Conducting yourself in a pleasant & professional manner.
  • Making sure each client is satisfied with cleaning services provided.
  • Completing documentation as required.
  • Attending & contributing to worker meetings.

About You:
You're a career cleaning professional, and enjoy delighting customers with quality and friendly service.

It's ok if you don't have aged care experience, but you should have a natural ability to respect client privacy and be able to understand & follow required processes and guidelines.

To be considered for this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Experience cleaning people's homes.
  • Great interpersonal skills & the ability to communicate well with others.
  • The ability to use mobile technology and apps with ease.
  • A genuine desire to go above and beyond for our clients.
  • Reliable motor vehicle & valid driver's license.
  • Driving confidence on roads & during peak-hour as required.

Requirements:
Evidence of unrestricted driver's licence & roadworthy vehicle
National Police Clearance - current within 6 months
Up-to-date First Aid certificate
Immunisation record (Flu & COVID19 [2 doses & 1 booster])
A completed preemployment health questionnaire
