• Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
• Able to work varied shifts across a 7-day operation
• Qualifications or trade experience equivalent
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
• Ability to manage your own section and maintain high standards of food quality throughout service
• Focus on food presentation and quality
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene practices and compliance
