Senior Rehabilitation Counsellor

We are a national rehabilitation provider delivering best-in-industry injury management, disability management, and workplace rehabilitation services. Our mission is to achieve sustainable health, social, and return-to-work outcomes for our clientele through innovative workplace, injury management, disability management, and rehabilitation services.
The Role We Are Looking ForOur team is seeking experienced rehabilitation counsellors to deliver vocational rehabilitation services to clients across various schemes including Life Insurance, self-insurers, NSW Workers Compensation, Comcare, iCare, CTP, WorkSafe VIC, TAC, and WorkCover QLD. As part of this role, you will be responsible for conducting vocational assessments, case conferencing with treating health professionals, work readiness preparation, and working in partnership with PHSA employment consultants to achieve work trial and job placement outcomes.
Requirements- Associate or full membership with ASORC or RCAA
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical or workplace rehab setting preferred
